Pitching Screen Drop-Down Listbox

If you haven't noticed yet, the Pitching screen now has an option that lets you tell the computer to REST your top starters if you have clinched a playoff spot, OR to just use your pitching rotation normally.

Tom was alerted to the following small bug with this feature:

It looks like this is a DISPLAY bug, and does not allow you to mess with other teams. To be more accurate, no matter which team is showing, the drop down box displays the setting for YOUR team. I am eliminating this drop down listbox from every screen OTHER than your team for the next code update (probably next week), but until then it will still be visible.
