Jawbreaker

Here is what happend. I have the 2010 version playing my second season with the Pirates.
I was in the top of the first inning in my 21st game of the season. I then had to leave my house quickly. I turned off the power to my computer without logging out of the game or shutting down the computer properly.
When I came back to play the next game. All the players stats for Pittsburgh are gone. There current stats, their past history stats...all gone. And then that messes up the current attitude of players. One pitcher is mad because he hasn't pitched yet. They are listed in the last 10 games...but nothing when I go to check them in scouting.
The stats are correct when I start a game and they are correct in league leaders...but it stinks that I can keep updated on their stats.
Is there anything I can do to get them back..or are they gone this season/forever because of the fast computer turn-off?
Thanks in advance.
