New 2011 Player - Cannot Create Database

Whenever I try to create database or create all databases I get an error that FM cannot find any of the .CSV files and informs me to re-install the game. I am a new player, just installed the game -- why would I have to reinstall?

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry for the confusion. Those are developer tools used to create each of the season databases that are included with the game.

You don't need to "create database" in order to edit the database. If you'd like to create your own database, I'd recommend:

1) Starting a game in the desired year.
2) Turn on Commissioner Mode in the Options Dialog.
2) Use each player's Scouting Report to make edits to that player.
4) Use the League Editor to make changes to the league layout.
5) Save your file as a ".mog" saved game.
6) Share this file with others if you'd like (such as by posting it to the Football Mogul mods forum).
