So many options, so anxious to play!

I played BM pretty obsessively in '07 and '08, but looking around here I've noticed downloads that weren't there before and some that are more specific than I remember. I'm absolutely dying to get my Dynasty going, so I was wondering if anybody had enough free time to direct me to their personal preferred links.

I don't really care about classic teams or what have you, because anything I do will begin in 2010. All I'm really concerned about is:
-Jason Heyward's A-ball, 69 rating status (also Glaus inability at 1B, but guessing the same download takes care of it)

-Apps, like The Negotiator

-Logos

There are just too many options to choose from, so if someone could point me in the right direction I'd be forever grateful. I'll give you free fantasy links/resources/advice for life! :)

LOL never mind, I opened HoustonGM's post with pretty much all of this in it. I guess now my question is what Negotiator is and if there's anything else I should know about.
