FB Mogul 2011: QB lack of talent

Fictional seasons, especially after 2020... QB talent has plummeted... most draftees are in the 70s (or less), and there is only a half dozen in the league rated above 80.

Is there an .ini file like Baseball Mogul has to adjust players by position?

Well, keep in mind that Terry Bradshaw is in the Hall Of Fame. Obviously it's a conspicuous presence that probably wasn't designed to create cycles for new eras, but you can have a ton of fun with it. Stack your draft with interior linemen, a FB and a good TE, make sure that 70 rating is weighted in accuracy and you got yourself a VERY fun offense to run. Not necessarily the games themselves, but as far as the playbook goes you could make it a science. Lots of 7-man fronts on defense that would be deadly with great MLB and S.

I realize this doesn't answer your question or fix any possible bug, but it does open up the possibility of being a great deal more fun---I'm talking by a huge margin.
