Loss figured wrong

Had a pitcher get a Loss when he only gave up 1 hit to end a game. He inherited baserunners that scored. I believe that the pitcher that allowed the runner that scored should get the loss.

and i have also noticed many of my relief pitchers pitching 3 innings in relief and not getting a save.
