Just reinstalled the new version and the background on the Scouting screen must be incorrect for me.
The background is tan and I can hardly see the written words because they are in white.

I'm using Windows XP. I wonder if the windows settings are messing this up.

For me, each successive scouting report (after you click next player), gets pasted on top of the previous one.

I wonder if anyone else is getting that (I have 384 MB ram and a good graphics card, so I don't think it's a hardware problem)?

The Scouting Report should have a darker graphical background.

Does following the steps I mention in this thread (http://forum.sportsmogul.com/showthread.php3?s=&threadid=20540) help?

I have standing.jpg, but I assume that's what you meant.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the newest (2.1.1.0) version you posted.

I've got that problem too. I have the Scouting.jpg file, and the file looks fine. Resizing the scouting window isn't an option though, as far as I can tell. There's just no way to do it.

You're right. You can't resize the scouting screen. AND it looks like this scouting bug is much more pervasive than I thought so I'm working on it now.

Upon further review, Version 2.1.1.0 had problems loading the Scouting.jpg file used in the Scouting report.

The immediate fix for this is to download the attached Scouting.bmp file and put it in the same folder as Scouting.jpg.

I believe the default folder for this is c:\program files\sports mogul\football 2002\dialogs\scouting\.

That fixed it.

Another note to add about MH4383's post.
I noticed that images are overlaying others like on the Standings screen. Lines get messed up but by the end of running through a day it looks good.

I didn't notice it being so bad in the other versions.

i noticed about the standings screen too. but then i got to thinking, wouldn't it take a long time to refresh the standings after EVERY game? that's why it's not so much of a bother to me. unless this can be done without taking away from time then that'd be better.
