Is OOTP 11 worth buying for $20?

I have BM 2012 but I'd also like something more complex and satisfying... I mean, it's probably worth $20, but is it worth $20 for a highschooler with little money?

I like the draft pick signing, which is apparently new in 11. And no, I'm not waiting for 12
I need entertainment during classes :)

OOTP 11 is more complex and is worth $20.

yes, absolutely.

I buy each game each year, and OOTP, while more complex, feels a lot more realistic in terms of what a GM probably deals with.

Mogul is fun to play, less complex, easier to dive into and play.

I bought for $14.97 including shipping.. I'm real excited since I played the OOTP 9 demo and really liked it + draft pick negotiations= :) me
