Scheduling Issue

Guys, I have the league set up in 8 4-team divisions just like in the modern NFL setup and the game will not let me have an even number of games. If I set the schedule length to 14, it makes a 15 game schedule. If I set it to 16 games, it gives me a 17 game schedule.

I don't care how many bye weeks there are in the schedule or how many games are played league-wide each week. I have a suspicion this is the issue.

Any advice?
