Minor leaguers not playing?

My best two minor league pitchers are not playing. Anyone know why?

It's been a week and no minor league stats for them and they are not injured. It is Beta league 110 and team is New York Greedybastards

I think it's either a bug, or is the manager of ur minor leagues are too dumb to start a superstar on the minor, lol.
