I've noticed my budget has dropped from 450 points to about 370 points in the past season or two. I know at least part of that is my playing with expenses, but I can't figure out how most of the drop happenend.
My average attendance is off a little from last year at this point, but I'm assuming that will increase some because of the pennant race, so that shouldn't drop my budget by that much.
Oh yeah, I'm St. Loius in Fastsim 6.
Thanks,
Dan

I had a similar problem with the Braves in FastSim 6 a few seasons ago. My problem, as near as I can tell, was using Pay-Per-View. I guess that my fans started to not care about the team since the exposure was limited. My attendance went down, as well as the broadcast revenue. My limit was below my payroll, and I lost most of my young superstars. I thought the team was doomed. So, I sucked it up, switched to normal broadcast, lowered my ticket prices, and fielded the best team that I could for a few seasons. Now, things are back to normal. I hope this helped.

I knew PPV would lower the overall exposure but I haven't noticed any negative attendance trends over the years I've been using PPV. And there really hasn't been too much of a downturn in points per game on TV.
But I'll see what making the change does.
Thanks for the help,
Dan

PPV is for SURE if you r using some big market team like Boston, NY, Cleveland, and Atlanta, why? it's the advantage of the big market teams, that's why everyone love that. For ticket price, just set to the % that makes u have the highest limit. Hope that helps.
I have tried to sell out the Twins in a now playoff game.
No luck..........
If have been tring to do that for a week. If anyone has done this let me know, an tell me what ya did.
