Help, I can't sign a free agent !

The Cleveland Indians in the Allstar Baseball League free agent signing page shows them "over the payroll limit" when in fact they may be in the best financial shape of any team. Please help.

Try changing your expenses.

You are spending an awful lot on your farm system. Drop it down low while you place your free agent bids, then raise it back up before the regular season starts.

The system was designed to give you a little flexibility to do that.
