Team Selection Time- Afternoon or Evening?

Hi,
Due to recent feedback, I am going to take a poll on the time of the team selection process.

Options (EASTERN TIME):
A. Begins at 1 PM - 10 minutes for each team
B. Begins at 4 PM - 10 minutes for each team
C. Begins at 7:30 PM - 10 minutes for each team
D. Begins at 4 PM - 5 minutes for each team
E. Begins at 7:30 PM - 5 minutes for each team

I voted evening just to make it fair for everyone to have a shot at getting to a computer. Since this is a "game" (and a good one) I figured that our work lives dont need to be sacrificed if we cant make the time slot (or be penalized for not being able to pick at your earned slot due to work) and if you miss your night slot that is more acceptable due to it being your personal "free time". Just my two cents ...

Most people work from 8 to 5 PM or so.

I could make my selection during the day, but it would mean scheduling around my lunch. Maybe going home and having lunch with my wife.

I suspect that there will be a number of people who work during the day and for whom the evening would be better. The delay to the start of the league should be minimal, also.

I voted 4PM because I live in Belgium. A 7:30PM EST start time would be about 1:30 AM here. 4PM would be 10PM here, which is much more manageable for me. A 1PM start time would be ok too. Of course, my circumstances are different so whatever is best for everyone is what I would agree with.

The selection process will NOT begin on Monday; it will begin on Tuesday at 7:30 PM. I will adjust the times on the web site tomorrow.
