A few questions...
1) Will you be able to hire and fire coaches with their own offensive/defensive strategies?
2) Will you be able to set your team up to run 60% of the time and throw 40% etc, maybe set up regular substitution paterns?
3) Hire or assemble a scouting staff with some scouts being more expensive and possibly better than others?
4) I may be really wishing here, but.....participate in a game where you choose to run up the middle or sweeps, throw long middle or short and pick defensive strategies and let the game estimate how successful you are? That would be cool.
