Are we allowed to start making trade offers as well as to complete trades yet? Or do we need to wait longer?

Also, should trades be reported or not?

You can't trade before the season starts, as in any league.

You do not have to report your trades.

Computer trading is not permitted. The trades you see already on the headline screen were done by me to balance out the payrolls.
