I originally posted this message in the Baseball Mogul Online section on accident, so I'll try it again in hopefully the right place:
Yesterday, I booted up Football Mogul 2k3 and it notified me that a patch was available and took me to the sports mogul web site where the patch was located.
The link stated it was an .exe file but when I downloaded it I noticed it was an application file. When I opened it, a launcher started to install the game but then notified me that a previous version was already installed and it quite the installation. I tried this a number of times and received the same message each time.
Do I need to remove the previous version of the game first? If I remember correctly, previous sports mogul patches (baseball) entailed copying a .exe file into the main sports mogul directory but I don't seem to be able to do that.
Anyway, any info on what I may need to do to install the patch would be most appreciated.
