Question about Sticky(s)

I have started my own league and I can't seem make any sticky(s) posts, for ie League Rules, Contacts, ect.... Is this an option I should have? If so please tell me what I am doing wrong when it tells me I don't have admistrater permission...

If you have a thread that you want made sticky, please send the URL of that thread to one of our adminstrators. They will sticky it for you.

Open your browser and go to the thread you want stickied. Then copy the URL from the browser address line, and paste it into an email.
