What am I getting for $19.95 when I order ?

I'm just wondering the answer to this ?

I ordered it because I enjoyed it, but what happens if I have to format my hard drive, or I accidently lose my files to the game ? Am I able to download the game again ?

In answer to your question, yes, you can reinstall the game if you lose it.

In your confirmation email you received a code number that you will need to use if/when you want to install the game on a new computer or on a brand new hard drive. (I'm not sure about a reformatted hard drive...) But you can only do this a few times, as part of Softwrap's piracy prevention.

Incidentally, if something happens that you need to reinstall the game on your current computer (or if you want to install an upgrade) you should be able to do this automatically, without needing the reinstall code. The game will contact the Softwrap server and indentify that the game is already licensed for that computer.

I never received a confirmation email or any email at all after I ordered. How would I go about getting my confirmation number ?
