I've noticed that when I cycle thru my players via the players screen, my salary cap gets smaller when i return to the financial screen! Is that normal ? duh...
The good thing about this is, that you can do it for opposing teams and if you don't mind hitting the 'enter' key 500 times in a row, the other teams will have their cap money lowered...
A final note, this only happens once, ie once you've done it once per team, it doesn't seem to happen again, at least in the same season.
Did anyobody else notice this ?
