Stats in football mogul?

I thought you people couldnt afford the NFL's license..Does football mogul have stats and real nfl players?

Apparently they bought the licence. I don't have the game (final version) but everyone talks about real players and whatnot. I'd like to know for sure if this is the case tho.

yes , real players...not real nicknames of teams but you type in the name of the football team next to the city at the start and it saves it. Example at the start it will say Dallas....just type in Cowboys and your ready to go.

Great game, well worth it. After playing a simulated 15 years like I have, you forget about the real players about 8 or 9 years in and only focus on the young talent the you have developed, drafted , found in free agency or simply followed the stat leader boards around the league (you'll become familiar with a whole set of players after the "real ones" retire).

Simply an awesome game.
