Goodbye FastSim 6

It is with a heavy heart that I announce my retirement from the Atlanta Braves in FastSim 6. Since joining 2 new comissioner leagues, I no longer have the time to properly maintain the team.

I have taken them through 15 wonderful seasons, and have them in great position for the future. We made the playoffs 12 of those 15 years, including the last 9. We averaged 99 wins per season, with the last 11 seasons at 104+ wins. We even broke 120 wins 3 times (twice in a row). But, alas, only one world championship.

To whoever picks up this team, you're welcome. But I give you a warning: I was very beloved by my players and fans. I can only hope that they don't turn against you. To everybody else in FastSim 6, thank you for the fun...and be gentle on the new owner.

That happens in almost every public league I've been in. As soon as the owner leaves, the team gets pillaged by every owner in the league before someone new joins in. Or even worse, a cheater takes over the team and simply takes all of the good players and puts them in another team in the league.

knowing that is going to happen is the worst part of dropping a team you worked hard on. I was tempted to ask what happened to Anahiem in FS 18 but I dont think I really want to know.
