Hi, Willie -

I haven't seen that ad lately, but it could have come back.

We outsource our ad sales to Burst! Media. (Yes, they have a funny exclamation point in their name.)

Our default is not to accept pop-up ads, ads for porno, etc. etc.

But we do accept rich-media ads. And occasionally the advertiser slips in a loud one. There is no option to not accept loud ads.

But when we find one, we manually have that ad turned off.

If this ad has returned, it's because Verisign bought a new ad contract and slipped the noisy ad into the new rotation. I'll see what I can learn.
