I'm trying to get my own league up and running, but I have no forum to work with. I get an error #12 message. I want to start recruiting for my league, but without a forum, I'm afraid I will get no takers.

I'd like to start campaigning for GM's on Sunday, but it would be nice to get my Rule threads set up as soon as possible.
