Correcting player positions

I am the manager of the Dodgers and Cesar Izturis is listed as
a second baseman, when in fact he is a shortstop. Can the Commish or anyone else put him in his proper postion? Thanks for your help.

Sorry about that last post. I don't know what happened there. Anyway, what I was going to say was: How long does it take for a player to switch positions? I traded for Jim Thome (1B) and was forced to have him play third. Now he's in his third season with my team and his player card still lists him as a firstbaseman.

sometimes the defense screen lists them differently than if you click on them. the defense screen is more appropriate, and can list more than one position. it takes two complete seasons to make a switch over.

i visited your league, and izturis shows up as a 2b on defense, and when you click on him...

i visited your league as well. thome is in fact a 1b/3b...but his stat screen will not show defensive stats at 3b, but you can view "this season" and "last season" through the defense screen. better than nothing!

also as a side note, players will take hits at their defensive ratings when a change is made. on one occasion i saw a player at ss with d fielding and c- arm convert to a 3b with a+ arm and fielding--but other than that (bug?), then they will take hits to defense.
