I think that one of these ratings needs to be adjusted. You simply cant pull the fans in at philly to boost revenue, leaving you with less that half $ of atlanta.

The mogul ratings are different. Atlanta is large market Tier 1 team, with all the revenue that goes with it.
And Philadelphia is a Tier 4 team, which unfortunately reflects the real situation where it's tough to get 20,000 fans to a game even though they were fighting for a playoff spot.

I agree with dturk, most of the market sizes and revenue are pretty much in line with what they are in real life. When you play as a small market team, you get the challenge of trying to win with a small payroll. Some people enjoy the challenge, if you eliminate this, then there will be no distinction between big market and small market. To compensate for Philly's lack of revenue, Philly gets a whole lot more mogul pts than Atlanta does for winning. If you don't play for mogul pts or challenge then I suggest you play as a big market team.

I was refering more to the modifiers given to philadelphia and atlanta. altanta has a modifier of -3.1 and right below them is philly with a modifier of -2.1.
Where can i find the teirs that each team are in and point associated with each?
CLAY: By the way on the page listing the modifiers the objective is to carry your team into the 21st century.....We are starting in the 21st century, i guess the goal is for the 22nd century.

The scoring doesn't go by "mogul rating." it goes by Mogul Points, which is listed at:

Takaplan is right. You are looking at the scoring system for the CD-Rom version of the game, not MBOL (Mogul Baseball On-Line.);)

Oops. We are in the process of updating the CD-ROM help to describe Mogul Online. So the page you found (http://www-1.sportsmogul.com/bb/Help/Object.htm) is for last year's CD-ROM game and is not relevant to the online game. Sorry.
Takaplan is right. Check out http://www-1.sportsmogul.com/bb/Help/Scoring.htm
