This game, as everyone knows, has lots of cheaters in it. During my first full season in this game I noticed the Chicago Cubbies, Atlanta, and Colorado making some weird trades which left the Cubbies with an incrediable team and all their $.

I play the Dodgers in this league, so I know that I can stay with a lot of teams, and did make the playoffs, but was swept by the Cubbies in the first round. Although the Cubbies did not win, it still bothered me.

Now free agency starts and they trade all the high salary guys back to either Colorado or Atlanta, and proced to bid on all the great free agents. They have a budget of approximatly 220 and a payroll of about 130, so I know that he is going to get some of the players maybe like Kendall and Glaus. I started bidding up those players which he had set a max bid on and got a lot of them up to over 50 pts before letting it be thinking that he would not be able to sign all of them because of his budget. This is not the case though, he has a 440 pt payroll now. This seems to be wrong to me, it gives a person who is going to cheat the system an easy out. As long as they have a point under there budget, are they going to be able to sign all sorts of players?

I would love to hear comments from other players and Administration about this.

I know, in one of my public leagues it seems I can always count on at least one very strange 7-10 player trade in the offseason. What is even better is that there are computer run teams that inexplicably become occupied during the offseason just long enough to get sunk into deeper fiscal oblivion and then get dumped off.
