Minor league money allocation

I've had the #6 amount of money allocated for 2 seasons and I have yet to get a player with above C- contact. Most of em I get are D and F contact ratings. Something seems rotten in Denmark. My scouting has also been #6 for 2 seasons.

same here. Doesn't seem like money spent in farm or scouting has any noticeable impact.

I will say, though, that having kept my medical in the top 5 rankings for 2 straight seasons seems to keep my team healthy. I rarely lose a player for an extended period of time.
