On the next version of Football Mogul, I think it would improve things if, along with Probowl selections, awards would be given for MVP, Rookie of the Year, Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year, and maybe Coach of the Year. I also like in the Madden games the page that shows the top 10 or 15 in the running for the various awards throughout the year. I'd love it if that feature were included in Football Mogul.
Another suggestion (that doesn't have to do with output files) is that it would be nice if we could access historical attributes. Along with being able to see a player's stats from every year, it would be nice to see his attributes as well. And I don't mean show every year's attributes together in a list, but maybe a drop-down menu so you could select a year and see what his attributes were for that year. That way you could see what a guy looked like in the draft (so you'll remember why you passed on him, for example) and see how good Hall of Fame members were in their primes. It would also be helpful to see how a guy's improved or declined through his career.
