How does the draft work? How do teams receive players?
I realize that the order for picks works based on records, but is there a way to influence the types of players you receive? For instance, I might want to acquire and develop outfielders, power pitchers, or middle infielders with good speed. Right now it seems like I just get players based on the luck of the draw.
