Are there any instructions online for the game?

I'm not aware of any "instructions" that are available online, but from each of the screens you can click the "help" button (towards the bottom on the left hand side of the page). This will take you to a screen that describes most of the options on the particular page that you just came from. The strategy, however, is left to you. The help pages merely tell you the rules of the game not whether or not you should bat Vladimir Guerrerro 3rd or 4th.
