I'm assuming the non-transferable nature of the discount refers to the selling of discounted registrations by their original owners.
Question:
Is the beta tester discount pro-active for the upgrading of accounts in the future?
Ex- I'm only planning on the 15% discount for the bronze service. Will I be eligable for the 25% discount on the silver level should I choose to upgrade in the future? (Given that other conditions of the discount have been meet.)
How about the opposite (If a Gold level account is downgraded to silver)?
PS- Either way, I'm nitpicking. The pricing scheme is by my feelings VERY generous. The discount would just be icing on the cake. Are you guys going to make a profit margin on this or are you planning on running on a deficit in hopes of attracting additional members by bargin pricing? I know, I know... It's a trade secret. :)
