Making New TYPE of league.

I am going to buy the 3 teams packages, so i may start a league on my own, and i will. In this new league i am gonna make next, i will ONLY CHOOSE ACTIVE managers to get in, so if you aren't a bit close to acitve, you r out. Also I will give out SOME free cash to teams that had profit THAT YEAR, the free cash determind by how many profit u made that year and which tier of team you are in. Also I will give free cash to PLAYOFF teams, again, determind by the record and how deep you go in the playoff. So this gives ppl a little push for not having losing money every year and have a suck team forever.

I don't think that is a very good idea...Many of the offline leagues do the same thing and reward people for different things...but it absolutely kills the realism.

The other thing is, if there are 20-30 private leagues, they are going to become a lot less active then the 4 leagues are now.

ya, if nabl does not continue i would liek to be in...you are the most active dude here! i dont know if thats a good thing, but...;-)

Anyway, it would be nice to have something special in your league, but giving points to people isn't really needed. Not to sound cocky, but it really isn't that hard to win and make a profit, even with the small markets.

I think if I start a league, I will try to include some sort of revenue sharing.

There is something that just does not seem right about one team having 650 points in cash in 2006, or so.....

In the original BBM and FBM you could set all the cities to the same revenue size, randomize the players, and therefore start everyone on somewhat of a similiar line... Is this an option we could add to the online leagues?

I would definitely like to know if we could equalize teams in a league. This would be a great option and is a great suggestion. It would be nice to be able to play in at least one league where everyone started out equal financially. You could really test your managing ability against other players this way.
