Maybe allow for you to search for players based on how many years they have remaining in their contract? So, if you're sitting around during the playoffs, watching other teams, you can see who's going to be a free agent, and plan your strategy for signing them. :)

Ohh, and let Commish's change team's expenses via Commish mode. Possibly even lock down expenses, or ticket prices, or something to that effect?
