rules
1. unequalized
2. spending cap of 400 on all expenses total (penalty for going over will be. i will lower your points to negative until you or the computer bring your expenses back in line)revised feb 28.
3. league will keep real team names
4. must log in every 3 days or you will be removed unless you confirm it first
5. no trades with computer
6. 1 franchise player all franchise players will be 25 points for 3 years but you are allowed to refranchise that player right away. and you are allowed to end the contract at any time also
franchise players can be traded but you will not be able to franchise another player till you traded players contract ends
7. (new i just made it up)history player this player will be 15 points a season for as long as you want him and his contract will expire at the end of any season you ask for it to expire.
THIS PLAYER CAN NOT BE TRADED
8. any player you raise from your farm can only hit a max of 75 points anything over that i will drop for you. once the player is traded or released into free agency then his salary can soar.
9. i will allow 3 player drops or cuts in any order a drop is he will be taken off your team and a cut is he will have his salary cut in half(your choice length of contract in half or points of contract in half)
10. i will not cut a salary of a player that was picked up in free agency if his contract reaches over 100 points a season(to avoid crazy bidding) this rule revised feb,28th.
11. any player signed out of free agency after the 2003 season is over cannot be used as a history or franchise player till the last season of the contract. (meaning if you sign a player to a longer contract like 7 years just so you can get that player then you cant franchise or history that player till the 7th season) and no 1 year contracts are allowed.
