I have noticed im Mogul ML Basebball League that a number of players have disappeared once their contracts expire.

The 2 most notable are Alphonso Soriano, who actually vanished after the 2005 seasonn, and now Johnny Damon who vanished after the 2010 season.

Is there some kinda bug that mmakes these players doisappear? I only noticed these 2 beacause I was looking foe them. I am sure there are a few ithers I missed.

Could someone look into this and see what is going on?

This has come up several times. The game can only support so many players. Should it be the older players who get dropped off to make it more realistic like retirement? Sure, but often others get dropped when they hit FA. If this didn't happen, FA would be cluttered with hundreds or even thousands of players, which is just not very realistic.

The game drops players in their prime?

Damon was 35 and had ratings of B in alll categotiee. Soriano was 30 when he disappeard and was rated A or B in all categories. It makes no sense to wipe out players who are in their prime. Makes the game seem unrealistic.

Maybe, maybe not. Retiring at 35 is not unheard of in professional sports. Maybe Soriano left baseball to pursue something else, like that football player Tillman became a US Army Ranger or Drew Henson playing baseball instead of football. More often than not, it is the older players and guys who have been in FA for a while that get dropped. Occassionally it doesn't. 1 or 2 impact players calling it quits is not terribly unrealistic.
