Equal Footing Leagues

I've been checking out the Commish Option, and i see you can modify pretty much everything except the relative strengths of the team. Are you guys planning on having the option of making leagues where all the teams are on equal footing. I think this would be a really interesting way to see who really is the best GM.

Yes, we have an "equalize cities" feature and a "shuffle players" feature in the CD-ROM game, and we plan to bring those to the online game eventually.

Can you please provide insight as to when? I've signed up for Silver and I don't want to start my 3rd league, if "equalized cities" is just Real Soon Now.
