20 gm, daily league with a small amout of incenitives. This a good league for people who can't play mogul at work so everyone is on equal terms. The league has well defined rules and will be a very active league. There are still a lot of good teams left with the very managable new 2003 rosters . The league will start once we get at least 20 owners. Small market teams will be allowed to have a franchise player. All teams will get 2 salary cuts and 3 free drops to start with.
