Unable to change e-mail

I am unable to change my e-mail address in the Update Account screen. I type in my new address, but when the screen refreshes, it still displays my old one. I have tried for a couple of days now, and it still does not work. Could this be fixed?

I can't switch my email address from "hide" to "show". Is there some kind of connection here? :rolleyes:
