Serious problem

When I logged on to my league fast and furious I couldn't help but notice that pedro Martinez was missing from my starting rotation, I never recieved or approved a trade and certainly would not have approved jay bell, bobby witt, and armondo reynoso for pedro martinez I asked the guy to reverse the trade but am not sure if he will I don't want to but I will qiut the league if nothing is done. This was not a mistake on my part it was a computer error or cheating. I would appreciate a quick remedy Thank you.

What league? Did you have the team from the start? Did a previous GM of that team do the deal? Or did you not log in for a few days, and the Computer GM took over and made the deal? He could not have magically traded himself...need some more information.

It could have been the commish...they have the power to force trades...talk to you commish and have them switch it back.

There could be a slight problem with that since the owner of arizona is the commish

then its obvious that he cheated you out of Pedro. Quit the league and join another.

If the manager of Arizona who is also the commissioner of your league actually cheated you need to report it or else everyone else in this league is going to have to continue wasting their time playing in a league where a cheater is running things.

chris2000001 is the league and arizona owner, I decided to quit the league anyway.

Looks like that league isn't doing to well, there are only 6 people in it. I searched his name and he seems to have teams in about 7 different leagues. I will be sure not to join any league with him in it.:eek:

We had a similar issue in Japherwaki's league... I believe.... someone please verify... that the issue was with the AI system... any team that was not controlled by a human before the start of the sim had several players release (I was out of town and the computer release Scott Rolen ... sending me 140 points in debt!)

If the only way those kind of losers can make a good deal or build a winner, then let them have their fun in their own league. I am amazed that they would waste their time playing if that is the only way they can accomplish anything.

The computer AI takes over after one full year. This is 240 simulation "days" (because the off-season moves faster than the season).

Even in the fastest leagues, this is 4 days, so it SEEMS like this was caused by the commish (or by a rather serious bug, but I haven't gotten any similar bug reports).

If you're going to be away for more than 4 days, join a slower league, or have someone oversee your team for you.

Well the problem in Japherwaki's league wasn't with the commissioner when we had those problems those tools weren't developed yet... rather it was someone who knew the password going in and screwing things up....
