Odd FA note

I don't think this is connected to the previous "0 point" bug.

BUT, I was wondering about this. If you make a "green bar" bid on a FA in March, sometimes when April 1 comes around, you don't get the guy. Instead, the bid system ends and he goes to the "drop-down menu" system but you don't get him even though you had a green bar. What?

This occurred in MAL. I'm Boston. The player concerned is Frank Thomas (I signed him anyway when the drop-down menus appeared).

I'm Colorado in the same league (MAL) and the same thing happened with a few other free agents. I'm not exactly sure, but i did notice a lot of last second bidding when it happened. Could it have been possible that someone signed Thomas and the others that stayed in the pool all and went over their limit. I can't remember if the FA goes to the previous bidd or not. But maybe that'll help figure it out.

I've noticed that sometimes the green bar players do not sign. They roll over to the next session.

Now, this may have something to do with them getting bid on at or near the time that the sim runs. I've noticed that sometimes someone will not sign after I place a last second bid on him - even if he was green before I placed the bid.

I think that if a guy is being bid on right as the sim runs or very close to it he will not sign that sim even if the bar is green.
It happened to me in the Mogul Enthusiasts league. There were a lot of last second bids on a player and the bar turned green but he did not sign until the next sim.
