View Full Version : New user - can't seem to get a team..

I received my payment confirmation on Oct 23, but as of today when I log in I still get :

Your have used 0 of your 0 Leagues.
You have joined your maximum of 0 Leagues.

I sent an email a few days ago to the help desk but haven't rec'd any reply yet, so maybe a moderator or someone else could help me out...

I suppose it's always possible that I'm missing something, but I can't find it...

I took a look at your record, and there appears to be no billing information in it.

Can I ask you to reenter your billing information?

Log in to your account, click the link "Update Account Information" then click "Edit Billing Information".

After you fill in the form, click Submit. If the information entered our systems correctly, you will be able to return to the Edit Billing Information page and see your information pre-populated in the form.
