I went on a little free agent binge so in order to stay financially sound I cut back on my minor league spending. My question is: Will my prospects actually get worse in the minors or will they improve slower or just stay the same?
I have most of my players signed long term so I don't care about getting prospects next year but I want the ones I have now to be able to take over a couple of spots at the end of this season.
