Dear Clay, Ian, Dee et al
The time has come for you to do something, anything to keep your current customer base. In case you have not noticed you are losing customers at an alarming rate, this is happening despite “free” service. I have watched as you have frittered away all of the goodwill you had toward your customers. However, I see your total and utter silence as the most appalling of all. Now I cannot imagine that you do not care, so I can only assume that you are at a point where you are too busy and/or too financially strapped to do the correct things for your company, this product and us, your customers. Many including myself have offered to help, assist and do what it takes to improve the level of service and quality of experience. This is my last plea in attempt to stave off the death rattle of BMO. What would it take for you to sell, give, designate or otherwise allow me to take over this service?
