I too was one of those that got credit card info hacked a couple months ago and was promised the free service. Only problem was that I was not a current customer at the time of the hack. I have been unable to change my plan from none without the system wanting to bill me for the service. I contacted Dee and Clay for 2 weeks and after a couple responses that didn't help me get in, they just gave up answering my emails entirely. If this is a sample of what everyone else experiences with customer service, then I can see why people are flocking away. It wasn't bad enough that my credit card data was stolen and I had to go through the painful process of cancelling and re-issuing, but then to have them not feel that my inquiries were worth their time to answer was even more of a slap in the face.

My first go round with BMO lasted about 6 weeks. I must not have been in any good leagues as there was such high turnover and many empty teams. I gave up and bought the CD and just enjoyed playing it offline. After the credit card fiasco, I figured I would give it another shot, but have had no luck getting in nor any help.

How painful is it to call a call center and then wait in the mail for a new card?

The second you give your CC out then it becomes your problem.
