Open Leagues

Is there some way that some of the new open leagues can be cleared out?

When you do a search for a new league, you will find a long list. However, when you look at some of these, you will see that many of them were created months ago, and have not been logged into since. In fact, the fullest league on the list currently has 19 owners - 14 of which have not logged in for over 50 days.

Is there a deadline from when a league is created to when it starts? I would think that if a league hasn't started 60 days after creation, it should be wiped out. That would make it much easier to find a league that has a chance of getting moving...

Somebody should be purging the unused leagues.

Of course, having all these leagues show up when doing a search might make the company look busier that it acutally is. Just my cynical way of looking at things sometimes.

Actually I would think that if they erased some of these inactive leagues it would clear more room on their hard drives and maybe there wouldn't be so much data lost.
