is it a private league? what's the speed of the game? Is there any special rules(such as no trading with the computer gm's)?

To answer your questions...

(1) Yes, it is a private league.

(2) Sim speed is 60/day.

(3) Full rules can be found on the bulletin board, but trades between human GMs and the computer have not been outlawed.

Should you (or anyone) choose to join, please send me a Private Message alerting me to it. Right now the league is preparing for its 2002 season and we have a "human benefit" rule, where only human-controlled teams compete for free agents... wouldn't want you being unable to get any free agents!
