I am done!
I have tried many ways and many times to fix, help, support, and even invest in BMO only to be ignored. I am done, it has become painfully obvious that the people running BMO do not in any form care about the concerns, issues and enjoyment of their, current, past and future customers.
To say I am disapointed is an understatement, this could have been addressed and avoided in many ways and was not. I do not understand the stupidity of some folks, and I include myself in this group. I was stupid to believe BMO would improve, I was stupid to think BMO was addressing things, I was stupid to think my opinion mattered and I was stupid to have lasted this long.
I still have a few teams left, I was in 10, now 4 and that will end soon. I will not be paying for the painful service the product receives and recommend any and everyone to leave. There are better ways to use your time, better products and much more enjoyable online experiences.
Thanks to all to commissioners who bad the product what it was!
