I think it would be great if we could higher managers and coaches, and they had ratings as to their strengths, ala Front Office Football. Maybe your pitchers aren't performing as well as they should, a pitching coach change may be able to help.
It would also be neat to have some players that retire become available as coaches, maybe even give their old team first shot at them. A so-so player may be a great manager!:D
