Custom league owners should have the ability to prevent trades with computer teams if they want to. A number of leagues have a policy about trading with computer teams but I have seen it ignored numerous times with no consequences. Those who play by the rules get screwed. Tossing someone out of a league may not be the best option because it just creates more computer teams. If league owners had the ability to preemptively block this kind of deal, the "honor system" would not be necessary.

That would be a nice option.

It would be nice to also block the computer from trading with itself.
Once two computer teams traded a reliever back and forth five times. The deals ended up including a total of 19 players. It was absolutely ridiculous. Great for a good laugh. The funny thing was that the reliever in question ended up having an ERA close to 5. Wht they wanted him so badly no one will ever know.
The comish can always reverse the trade and fine the player a few points. It requires paying attention to the rosters but it's feasible.
It would be good if a commissioner could toggle off computer trades with players. Depending on league preference, he might also be able to toggle off trades between computer teams. Personally, I believe the computer teams will be more competitive if they can trade with each other, and also maybe add a bit of mirth.
