In the MAL game of 21 April 2005, Seattle Pilots, in the top of the 9th inning, the LF was replaced twice at the beginning of the inning.

LF was again replaced twice at the beginning of the inning, using two players off the bench. The game was Seattle vs Texas on June 5 in MAL.
